- Helps motivate participants in determining career interests and goals; eliminate employment barriers; develop positive work ethics and behaviors; and conduct job searches that ultimately lead to permanent employment.
- Training portion of curriculum lasts four weeks; job search and retention services also offered.
- Workshops cover topics including attitude, communication, goals & motivation, conflict resolution, interviewing techniques, ethics, and much more.
- With proper referral from Burlington County, an Early Employment Initiative Program is available.
